Anyone have this issue before? Friend ordered me a pair of shoes off KITH as a birthday gift and UPS never scanned the package, so they called KITH and KITH recalled the old package, received it, and re-sent it 'overnight' on Friday. Now the new package also hasn't been scanned at all and nothing is showing up under tracking.

What makes it weirder is that when the first package was recalled to sender, they suddenly scanned it every step of the way. What's the likelihood this package actually shows up in the next day or so with its 'overnight' shipping?
