that will prob be a big fat L for you. my last partial on aspen got updated thursday and rest of the order refunded on friday. start shooting off emails to cs and they will prob process the refund. thats how mine went down. each email got my order updated with partial order until the 3rd email they finally refunded remaining balance. never responded to a email tho lol. i guess they considered updating the order with partials and refunding me was my response.
