I'm picking exclusively between the 998's , 1600s, and 850s.
Which would be best for if I wanted to wear them during a retail day job where I always had to be on my feet?
I have SUPER flat feet and I tried adidas pure boosts, they killed me.

Give Ultra Boost a shot. Firmer than the Pure Boost. Quite a few people complain about the Pures being too soft and their feet hurting after a long day. UBs are probably the most comfortable shoes I own and have been a majority of my purchases lately to be honest. Just a great shoe. I know that didn't answer your NB question, but ...

Yeah he didn't release a pair but maybe this year. I just hope the second pair is better. Most new balance GRs destroy these.
