i dont have a pair personally but most people say FPs run about a size larger than your true size, so you'd be a UK 7 (US
, which translates to a 40. like i said, can't really verify but that's what i understand from reading a bunch of responses online

Some say tts, some say half a size down because of the wide toe box, it really depends on your foot, and if you want room or a snug fit
