Marathon store has a history of hiding and deleting surveillance cam footage. Not to say that they're going to do it here, but they have done it before. A lot of illegal activity in the past (and present probably) that was done w/the Marathon store. Back during the "Slauson Ave Store" days.
Those other questions are all valid for sure.
And Shiddy cuhz family actually retained Darden, which is an eyebrow raiser because he's obviously not cheap.
The more and more I think about this murder, the more and more things don't seem right. Not in a "Government did it / Dr. Sebi" sort of way, but that there's far more to it than what we know. Guys like Big U, Cowboy / Big Thundercat, Shiddy Cuhz, there's more to the story.

He said on an interview that Nip and Eric didn't know each other which is a full fledged lie. He was there and saw Nip and Eric together before the shooting.
Also, the nature of the shooting is extremely personal. A random ***** that wants to get on with his music and is jealous (which Cowboy framed it as) is not shooting nip 6 times, including in the head, then kicking his head. He's not shooting nip, leaving, then coming back to shoot some more. That's insanely personal. They knew of each other at least and he flat out lied about that.
Why is he lying about that? Who knows. Or Maybe he isn't lying and he really didn't know the extent of Nip and Eric relationship but anyone who says they didn't know each other is kind of sus.

but still his whole interview was awful
Darden will make them witness look silly in court and paint them as ex felons that can’t be believed cause they have a personal agenda against the defendant...

I really hope we get to the bottom of what really happened.
Because I think it's way more complicated than Nip and Eric getting into some type of altercation, he leaves, comes back and kills Nip. Much more to the story than that, including why Nip allegedly was a target just days before his death, among other things.

I can't see it as a "hit". What hitman for hire would shoot the target then come back, shoot them more and kick their head? If it was a hit, the shooter would've at least been somewhat more elusive/evasive.
