A lot of people never leave their neighborhood or see stuff. Not necessarily by choice but more so due to lack of exposure to stuff, lack of opportunity, and just overall situation. Not everyone has the same opportunities in life in that regard.

Save it bruh! Most of these cats come from decent hard working parents be it single mother or both parents. You have a choice to change your circumstances at some point. I fully understand what white people have done to our communities, but you can’t simply ignore personal responsibility.
I was explained the odds at a very young age. I refuse to let these white people determine my success. We seen what the power of Black unity can do and they can’t stop us if we unite and see through the bull****!
Gangs, Drugs, Violence, and Poverty are not our destiny and I refuse to accept that it is.

Yeah I get all that and I’m not denying any of it, but imo by making a statement like that it just sounds like you are giving up hope and promoting taking zero accountability for anyone’s actions.
I feel as if blaming the whites for all your problems also means only the white folk can solve them.

I find it ironic how you don’t want to acknowledge personal responsibility, but you in a thread honoring a man who took personal responsibility in his life to change and do good. He was preaching that very thing to these young kids but clearly he should have been talking to you!

Nobody is telling you to accept anything. What I am telling you is that there is a reason that Trump is now in office wanting to close borders, electing white republican judges, then talking about making america great again. They always have, and always will want to limit the ability of Black people in this country and if possible, around the world. They fear being in the minority, they also fear reprisal against their past transgressions. An education is great, but it does not mean freedom in america, so do not be fooled by those who slip through the crack. None of us are truly free, until ALL of us are actually free.

Nope, you are wrong. Nipsey is dead because white supremacy dictates who can actually become personally responsible, and then live freely. Sure, one of his own killed him, but that person was created to kill by the very same system that created Nipsey. That is how oppression works. The field slave versus the house slave. White supremacy keeps a certain amount of Black people ignorant on purpose, so they will fight against their own best interest. That, is how the system supports itself. Until the system of White supremacy is destroyed, that system of oppression will always be in place.

I whole heartedly agree with you. That’s why it disappoints me to see people like Snoop still glorifying gangs. He never let his kids throw up the set or wear blue flags, but here he is on television promoting that nonsense. You made it bruh! They gone love you regardless so show these kids it ain’t cool by removing it from your life. I honestly feel Nip would have gotten there, but he was just a baby in his growth as a leader.

we all know damn well what choice is.
the factors that influence choice are where the issues come in.
people really act like making the right choice is so easy.
and we all know the powers that be manipulate so many things that play into the human psyche and definitely influence choices made.
we all human we all know how this works. it aint completely anyones fault. we all share a part.
trickle down effect is real.
some make it out because they were exposed to something that influenced a "better" set of choices.
some never get to see that light and roll with the choices that are familiar and comfortable.
but its NO secret white america and white supremacy as a whole has no interest in shedding any light on anything to influence making better choices for minorities.
especially the Black Man.
they're scared as hell of us ALL making the "right" choices.

I'm sure there are several angles and maybe even cell footage. Hopefully no one else sells out and gives TMZ the rights. For the family's sake I'd rather not see any more footage of the man being executed. If anything let the courts subpoena the other videos to cement the case against the shooter.

Where are you from? Are you the descendant of African Slaves in America?
I ask this because it makes a difference in regard to the perspective you may have. I respect people of African descent who take the immigrant mindset approach of hard work to achieve success, but that is simply a ruse as well. There are limits as to what you can do here, even as an immigrant.
