Rif.la not responding?????

Hey, sorry I probably posted this in the wrong forum, I'm new. I emailed rifla like 2 times and called them a few times about a month ago. I did the same thing like 5 or 6 days ago. The phone just keeps ringing and they dont respond to my emails. Has this happened to anyone before? If so what did you do? Am I not doing something right? It's starting to get annoying.

Emailed them about what. If its to get pics of a shoe forget about it. I don't even know why that option is there. They don't email additional pics. If its about an order you've placed than that's odd.
