From what I'm looking at Kurupt moved to Cali at 16. If you move Cali at that age all your homies talking a certain way, dressing a certain way, you in the LA culture, you're naturally gonna become part of it.
Pac ain't claim nothing till NY dudes set him (how he felt) and NY rappers was talking **** about him after he got shot. Deathrow was the only people showing him love while he was locked up so he showed it back.
Ain't like them dudes just woke one day and said "Imma west rapper" for no reason.
