REAL TALK, What is so bad about GM cars, or rather American cars??

Best full size trucks for sure. Tacoma is still the best compact truck although it's getting fat.

But worldwide, Toyota Hilux > *

Guerrilla Trucks
As the war in Afghanistan escalated several years ago, counterinsurgency expert David Kilcullen, a member of the team that designed the Iraq surge for Gen. David Petraeus, began to notice a new tattoo on some insurgent Afghan fighters. It wasn’t a Taliban tattoo. It wasn’t even Afghan. It was a Canadian maple leaf.

When a perplexed Kilcullen began to investigate, he says, he discovered that the incongruous flags were linked to what he says is one of the most important, and unnoticed, weapons of guerrilla war in Afghanistan and across the world: the lightweight, virtually indestructible Toyota Hilux truck.

My boss bought a brand new A8 and it's left him stranded 2 times already, 2 people I know with BMW's one blew a head gasket and the other had tons of electrical BS. Anyone ever read about the asian claim to fame GTR?.. 80K car and tons of people who bought one blew their $30K transmission within the first few months and got their warranty denied.

I will always drive a Cadillac as long as I can help it and would never ever buy any Hyundai, Honda or Lexus. For people to say that American cars have no style while touting some asian import is just

.. it doesn't get any more cookie cutter than those companies. One of the big things that attracted me to Cadillac in the first place was the body style and sharp lines. People used to leave notes on my 94 with their number with questions about the car.. some people would try to flag me down in traffic, got to the point my girl would was always giving me the

at asian claim to fame, Im sure the $30k GTR transmission can do a lot more than a $100k cadillac. The people who blew up their transm. is because they abused the $#!^ out the car. Most likely noobs who have never driven a AWD car or a car as technically advance as an GTR.

and a blown HG can happen to anyone who doesnt take care of their car right son, you acting like its a common BMW problem

everyone has a preference but just because a cadillac is the prefer car co. for senior citizens doesnt mean its the $#!+

Damn reading comprehension FTL huh?
First the caddy I posted (CTS-V Coupe) isn't 100K it starts at $62,990 while the GT-R starts at $84K.. go look at the performance difference and tell me you'd drop that extra $20K.  Second, yea a blown HG can happen to anyone but that's my point. ALL cars can have issues..  to just bash american cars cause "my neighbors wifes friend had their chevy engine blow" is ******ed. Some people will have problems some wont. Most people I know with BMW's have had crazy problems but that's not to say there isn't a bunch out there doing fine.

Everyone's does have their own preference.. I never said Cadillac was the %##@, however I do feel like they're the only American company going at the neck of their european competition.
