Im no expert on 13s but I thought they made a few number of these and released up north. That wasnt in 2011 though as your tag on the tongue states. And if it were 2011, I would think it wss have a UPC since they were produced. Idk maybe I'm wrong on the production but thats what I thought. The 7-17-11 is red flag to me. Also, it could just be the lighting but on the soles where the "carbon fiber" is looks shiny like plastic

The cf is real enough. It's the promo in the tag that is getting me. Everything else is on point. Stiching and all.
