I feel like Conway and to a lesser extent Benny have been mentioning **** about the money/business for years now.
Benny seems to be most successful between him and BSF so he isn't as loud or maybe it just ain't his style, but they've been saying **** in the music/interviews for a while now.

Everyone just cosplaying out here to the point the younger folks don’t even know what’s authentic anymore. People are identifying with and stanning fictional characters like god dam 5 year olds. Used to be about painting a picture of real life experience with some level of depth and creativity. Now it’s just mastering the art of mimicry, as a wise man once put it. Folks talking about drakes impact on music and culture, there it is.

I don’t think it garners more fans than if they were still making music with some support from one another.
When Conway was on tour a while ago, Stove God opened for him so I figured things were still cool behind the scenes. Who really knows.
What I do know is that Griselda posse cut used to be a highlight of their albums.
