That's what I love about it man, they still have their own quintessential and authentic sound decades onwards without ever trying to co opt other regional styles like other cities

Hip Hop is always better when the West is energized and strong man.

Tonight really showed that regionalism in rap isn't dead yet.

Lowkey hope we get similar style 'pop out' showcases for cities like Atlanta, Chicago, Houston and Detroit
