Hey I get you bro but you have to think hip hop is fairly young and hip hop related journalism is even younger.

The news doesn't catch this flack because to some extent it's supposed to be all encompassing.

Obviously blacks/ minorities are still villified via the traditional news mediums but it's still nice to occasionally see some **** that has nothing to do our culture.

I wonder how people initially reacted to traditional news mediums focusing on the horror aspects of our society.

People need to stop being so quick to blame her. She just lost her childs dad and partner. That's also an issue with social media without knowing any details, blame someone.

It could have just been being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The fact that poor judgement may or may not lead to repercussions has zero impact on whether or not its poor judgement.

What she did was poor judgment by posting the pic while they were still there.

What he did was exercise poor judgement by being there in the first place.

Its never "too soon" to tell the truth IMHO.

Basically some folks have a negative reaction to accountability and that's cool.

I think it’s more so the optics of the situation with her posting the specific location and then him gettin killed there moments later which got people at her neck…

No one knows (probably ever will) what exactly tipped the killer off. Heck it coulda been a mf ordering food or a person in the back fryin up chicken….

All in all there were multiple mistakes that occurred with this incident that couldve led to this man’s demise.

No need for us to point fingers or play detective. Just hope the person(s) responsible get apprehended. Hate the fact this genre has to endure this type of ****. Rip that brother. Rap game ****** up…
