3 weeks is probably an exaggeration, but the amount of music that comes out just isn’t sustainable for convos at length

does it irk anyone else
that all the music in the past 4-5 years
none of it REALLY gets talked about past 2-3 weeks

That’s just the times we’re in in the streaming era. Artists can drop whenever they want with ease. 8+ albums can come out on a Friday, most just out of nowhere with no build/hype, and the consumers today prefer to be the first ones to have a review instead of just enjoying it. No opening up the plastic and packaging for the credits, they’re on Wikipedia
