I have no idea what's going on with that place. But if it's flavorless, than that still doesn't sound tempting to me if you don't season the meat.Do you not eat tenders with dipping sauces?
exactly. not much flavor but there are no weird chewy piece in there. ever. last two times i had the chicken sandwich at popeyes, the chicken meat was not good. i like canes because my kids love it. my son will take two pieces of toast, throw some strips in there, add some sauce, and make his own sandwich. The strips alone are not amazing but it's quality chicken.
I honestly don't understand the hate.
People and they're brand loyalty to Nike, Apple and Popeyes is mind blowing!
You understand the hate, you just won't accept the reasoning.
They
Don't
Use
Seasoning
It is that simple.
If the sauce and bread are the two things mentioned about your chicken place, your chicken must be weak.
Exactly.imagine how good the chicken would be if it were seasoned
it's not bad but it's not good either...im still never not going to eat it but i'm still not buying it though
perfect example of mid grade
or or or, hear me outThey really need a spicy option.
they are targeting a certain demographic with their no spices allowed approach.Exactly.
but for whatever reason they won't season their chicken
Yea ok......Guess it's different for me. I grew up in a house with seasoning on damn near everything, it's made me appreciate Raising Cane's for what it is (the home bias doesn't help either lol)
Not everybody wants their chicken overly seasoned, or seasoned.
yall might just need to refine ya taste buds too imo
they are targeting a certain demographic with their no spices allowed approach.
Refine my tastebuds? You're damn near praising them for not adding seasoning than smothering you tenders with sauce.yall might just need to refine ya taste buds too imo
or or or, hear me out
use the Louisiana hot sauce they carry, love putting that **** with the dipping sauce now
Had to read his post a few times to make sure I wasn't trippin.the nerve of a man telling me i need to refine my tastebuds to appreciate lack of seasonings
imagine going to a restaurant and telling them to not season your food like that's some sophisticated culinary technique
this the most backwards **** ever
This dude here...This weak chicken got it's own thread?
Their chicken is sort of on the flavorless side, so I switched it up and started getting the Canes chicken sandwich over their actual tender meal.
I wouldn’t actually say it’s flavorless, but not as salty as the other competitors and at my age now, I don’t mind it.
IMO, their chicken sandwich is perfect though. The sauce on the sandwich with the light lettuce slaps. I throw the Louisiana sauce all over the fries, it’s a great combination.
You can make your own sandwich out of the tender meal though. Instead of slaw just ask for an extra toast.
