R4 Shox?

Very little info or reviews on the 2025 pairs. How do these feel? Is the forefoot comfortable? Are the Shox columns stiff as bricks?

How about the fit? Latest someone posted said TTS, but I think that was for 2024 pairs. YouTube reviews have said TTS or half size up so some conflicting info.

Tried a pair on at an outlet and for me it fit TTS i have 95's in TTS and they squeeze the hell out of my forefoot. The R4's felt great and would of grabbed em if they were the black/red. Springs were pretty stiff, but it's my first time with them in person so i can't compare them to previous ones.

I feel like Goat/Alias is playing games. They denied my sale saying the newest 2025 pair I sold is nicknamed “orange twist” when in reality I think the picante red )in the color description of the 2025 pair) is the same red as the OG retro from 2024. I mean look at this picture on their own app. To me Nike just released the same shoe with different product numbers….similar to the CB 94 in black/purple/white each time they get released. If I’m wrong, I’m fine with that….but I see no difference.

just saw this post as i was confused as a buyer as well. all these different names for similar looking like the OG colorway. ended up with a pair listed as light crimson and called it a day as it looks OG and red enough.

Only very few smaller sizes. I’m guessing they were getting ready to take the lids off and throw em on the wall.

TTS for me. They're a bit on the narrower side but not tight, the side panels have some give to them so they feel just right . i could probably wear em without tying them. In the toe i have a about half a thumb's width of space. Overall i feel i could wear these all day but haven't had the chance yet. For reference: The 95's I went TTS are really tight overall and at most I wear em for a few hours. For AM1 i'm TTS.

I got these from Footlocker for $96 when they had some sale last week. Crazy I had a pair of r4's back when I was in high school years ago, so it's cool to have these again for nostalgia purposes just like Jordans. Also, I went up half a size in these. I think I coulda went tts but the toebox space in the half size up is just right especially if I intend to wear thicker socks during the colder months.

Sharing my fit experience with these. I usually wear a size 10/10.5 in AM1 and decided to give the 10 in these R4 a try. They fit surprisingly snug across the toe box and vamp. The padded tongue is comfortable and the heel feels secure. No heel slip.

Would recommend people go either TTS or half size up depending on the width of your feet. My pair is breaking in nicely and is slowly getting more comfortable throughout the day.

The forefoot has a nice feel to them that bottoms out, so I doubt there's any forefoot cushioning outside of the foam insoles. The Shox columns are comfortable, but depending on how you walk, these can feel clunky. Not a great heel to to transition for these, but they look amazing! I was holding out for the all black and red pair but not sure if they will retro those. Glad I picked these up!

I unds the r4's i got recently. They're comfy but nothing amazing, kinda heavy and i also noticed on my left foot either the material around the collar or the actual sockliner rubs on my ankle, it kinda reminds me of the same issue I've had with my Timberland boots. I'm hoping the rubbing issue goes away once the sneakers are more broken in.

About to hit some outlets. I’m definitely grabbing these for that price. Nike has to cut back, we don’t need 15-20 colors of a shoe. We gotta be at 16-17 now and they’re all going on sale except one. And if you’re gonna release this many colors, give us the OG all black and the OG white and silver.
