VALLEJO, Calif. â
The man found shot to death in a vehicle on the shoulder of Interstate 80 in Vallejo has been identified as a local rap artist.
Police say Markeise "'Killa Keise" Henry of Benicia appears to have been driving alone in his car on the interstate just before midnight Thursday when someone from another vehicle pulled alongside him and opened fire.
Henry was shot multiple times, and his vehicle crashed into trees and bushes on the shoulder. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects have been arrested, and police have declined to comment on whether Henry may have been known by his assailant or appears to be a random victim.
