I love Shiba Inu's. I got 2 Australian Shepherds.

My oldest as a pup @ 8 weeks

Last winter

And my younger one as a pup

Does anyone have a dog that likes to jump on you/people? How do you get it to stop? My dog always wants to jump on people to get petted.

I cannot wait till the day I finally purchase a Shiba Inu.

One of my boys was asking yesterday if I was interested in buying a Shiba Inu.

I need to get my own place

Even if you had your own place most places don't take pets... in NYC at least... unless it's a luxurious apartment.

Does anyone have a dog that likes to jump on you/people? How do you get it to stop? My dog always wants to jump on people to get petted.

My 2 dogs use to jump a lot more. You really can't let them do it without correction. Even if they jump 10 times in a row I'd just stop them with both hands and keep them from going up higher. They'll eventually get it. Now they might jump once but when we say get down they stay down. Some dogs are just too damn hyper to avoid it altogether, our dogs being that type haha.
