Well it's standard practice. It's usually the manager's call. Technically they shouldn't but if it means that much, a whole lot of people have to make enough noise to inform DM's of the stores or take it to the extreme and report this to NIKE corporate itself. staff: "no, because if they come in and they're creased or something, they might not want them"
me...
he let me try on a pair anyways... didnt like them.
