Keep downloading. It feels like a full game once you start playing it. A few little glitches here and there but it's surprisingly good.

The customizations are cool, a lot of creative super heroes, some decent looking gangs. Most of the people are in Metropolis since the beta just started but I went to Gotham for the hell of it and had my %%* handed to me by random thugs

  Some of the missions are repetitive but it's not that bad once you get into it. The groups are pretty beastly too.

Spent a few minutes customizing my character. You start off on Brainiac's ship and you have to fight your way out (pretty boring). Once you get out you can really start customizing and exploring places. They start you off with missions from the jump so you don't really have to go looking for them. Damn near everywhere you go there's a group of dudes fighting and tasks you can complete. The more you do the stronger you get, the more money you make and the better the customization options. You can buy weapons and armor too but you can get better stuff if you just do the missions. The moves you can learn are pretty ill too. I don't know if there is much of a story (I only completed one full quest/set of missions) but it's fun so far, and I didn't even think I'd like it.

I'm still uncertain if I'm going to get it on PC or PS3.~

Can't really tell because you can't really see how many people are playing but from what I can see there are a lot of users online, like I said you go to the hotspots and there are always other players there..

Bethesda’s now confirmed that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will release for PC, PS3 and 360 in a press release.

No platforms were confirmed in the game’s VGA reveal trailer last weekend.

In addition, the RPG is to be based on all-new tech, Bethesda’s confirmed in the wake of the RPG’s reveal at the VGAs this weekend.

Said Nick Brecon, Bethesda’s community manager, in a tweet:

We can now confirm that the TES V: Skyrim engine is all-new. And it looks fantastic.

Given that the Oblivion engine was generally bemoaned for being“glitchy,

BioWare's next big sci-fi role-playing game, Mass Effect 3, will come to the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 "simultaneously" in 2011, putting an end to the series' former console exclusivity once and for all.

That means PlayStation 3 owners will get double the Mass Effect next year, since Mass Effect 2 is due in January, Mass Effect 3 during the holiday season. EA and BioWare didn't have much else to say about the impending Mass Effect 3, only to tease that "[BioWare] can't wait to show you what the team is doing to make Mass Effect 3 an even bigger success."

Mass Effect 3 was officially revealed at this weekend's Spike TV VGAs through a very sharp looking trailer.

That's pretty much the cost of a game rental. I say why not? Its Metacritic score isn't too bad I guess, a 68...

I'm actually excited for Resistance. I need to get a PS3 again... Even though I despise them and think BD is just a stop gap for streaming/USB storage. Discs are going away.


Side rant, I can see games coming on USB flash drives eventually to help prevent pirating and improve durability. Even if BD is scratch resistant, I think USB loads faster and doesn't require an install.
