When it says best of three rounds, does that mean that the match is just one regular fight?

Round 1, Fight, Round 2, Fight, Finish him?

Or do you do best of three of those?

Best of 3 fatalities? Or whoever gets to fatality first wins?

I think the best way to do it is to fight the best of three matches instead. So you gotta win 2 in order to move on in the tournament.
