Programmers, Job question

Hey everyone, Looking for some advice from programmers.
I was recently told about a Job position where i work that involves programming.  Specifically SIM Cards. 

My problem is, i have no experience in programming what so ever (other than learning a bit of Java and C++).

They dont expect whoever they hire to have Sim Card experience anyway. 

How should i present my Resume? any recommendations? since i cant really put any programming experience in my resume..

Any suggestions would be great...
