Price Check on Columbia 11s

Can I get a PC on these?  My friend is selling a pair of Columbia 11s in identical condition to these (not this exact pair) for around $60 and I know these are rare but the condition doesn't do them any justice.  Is this a good price?  These are the '01 retros in a size 9.5 I think.  Thanks for your help! If your friends pair look like these the one shown in the pictures.
I'd say $60-$100 for them, nothing more than that.
These could be a could restoration project, sea glow and clean them up.

Again its really hard to judge since your using someone else pictures.

Thanks, and I'm asking for a PC on these since my friend's pair is really similar, maybe a little bit nicer. That's what I thought for price so I'm gonna buy. Appreciate the help!
