I’ve heard great things about the RG unicorn but I can’t get myself to drop down to 1/144 scale. It’s supposed to be better than the master grade

Also, here’s my current build and my first RX-78-2 build not including full armor thunder bolt. @Thierry Henry you were definitely right about the differences between the MK II 2.0 and the this one. The differences in the inner frame are like night and day, but I think that’s becsuse the focus Mk ii was on articulation while the focus on this 2.0 is clearly inner frame detail before anything else. I probs won’t get to finish this until next weekend though because I leave for vacation tomorrow. Either way fun build so far but the build isn’t as “smooth” as other builds I have had in the past. Lots of wedging, twisting and tucking parts for the sale of the gimmicks.

to be real, gunpla has taken me away (somewhat) from buying kicks! but now my back log has gotten to the point where its making less and less sense theres a very good chance that Im going to be selling off some kits before summer hits, but we'll see. Theres a few that I have to build no matter what which is taking away from the appeal of some the less heavy hitting kits that i have. ive also found that third party kits have really evolved my tastes for what I want in a kit which again is making some of the kits i already have less appealing to build at the moment lol

If it's suppose to be better than the MG, hope Bandai engineers take cues from it and make a 2.0. One of the reasons why I haven't got a Unicorn in MG form is because of the negative reviews. But please for the love of God Bandai, make 2.0s of the older kits that actually need it first

Although I may sell some kits I’m glad that I have the back log I do because I can build any kit to fit the flavor of the day. I’ve learned what I like to build and what I don’t. As for the 2.0 rx78 it’s actuallt got more details then most modern standard inner frames. Which is probably the point cause the 2.0 isn’t technically a standard mg

man that Wing Zero GFF Metal Composite looks AMAZING!!!!

As far as what to buy? I personally would go for an MG, I can't do 1/144 scale. Go for the rarest P-Bandai, something that hasn't been re-issued in a while. So just in case you don't build it, you can re-sell or use it as trade bait for something you really want.

The gff Wing Zero is what the MG should look like but they’ve got no interests in giving it the 2.0 treatment. Too bad it isn’t a kit

Revisiting my for ever Master grade. Shin Musha. Going to give it a proper clean up, detailing and water slides. I forgot how awesome this kit is. Going to have to get a Musha MK II as well.

I'm sitting on both of them at the moment. still going through my kits to decide what im going to keep and what I'm going to get rid of but these are definitely on my short list. Personally this is the only design of the wing zero custom that I can stand. every other iteration of the wing/wingzero i put over the wing zero custom up until the hi-res dropped. hows the build? heard theres alot of loose pieces.

This is the next project im working on. started 00 quanta last night. i even went and bout the third part GN Sword IV to even out its asymmetrical-ness.

the loose pieces, i was expecting that too, but tbh its not bad. its not that different from other kits. the inner frame is nice and stable. as for the build itself, there are a lot of pieces and a lot of runners, its not that simple of a build

Tfsource haul came in today, here is origins Xerxes to replace my broken og Xerxes, wasn't a fan of X2's chrome weapons so I gave him X1's red weapons plus since he's taking up residence as a member of the Dark Counsel 13 he needs a red melee weapon

And finally Posiedon is complete for all 4 forms as the stands for weapon mode finally came in, 2x blue, 2x green and the 1x red that came with 1000kills

I'm not sure that I got all of them into weapon mode correctly, mentarazor and 1000kills have horrible instructions and I was to lazy to watch a video, they'll shortly be going back into combined mode
