Ultra Magnus? Was there a naming scheme change in Japan or something, looks like a all white Optimus?

It's a similar looking Optimus but a different character altogether. I think this one was stronger in abilities though.

Edit: I picked up some more 80s themed stuff and on the super cheap. Y'all already know what stores they're from
