Unfortunately I can't help you but I feel your pain. I've seen so many fire caps that have sold out only to never be seen again. I found a fitted hat I really like, but it’s a size 7 1/8, while I usually wear a size 8. Can I use a hat stretcher to expand it to size 8 without damaging it?
