2012-15 era Cleveland Indians large wahoo retro. Made in China. Wool. Grey under. Flat batterman. Again, easy choice considering the plain janes are the cleanest to look.

Unfortunately I'm in it all new, mid, and super old. I've bought so many wools the old old pro model 5950s in auctions lately they're so cheap I can't help myself.

Scooped this for $20 including shipping and tax.
Super clean some light discolor around the sweatband but looks like it was worn once or just discolored over time sitting, the crease is so tight where it's been folded I'd say it's been sitting on a shelf or in a box for a very long time. It's in as good as shape as some of the DS ones I've bought.

For you guys thay are into the older 5950 wool caps can someone help me out. I've bought 2 now both were 7⅜ I'm typically a 7¼ but the ⅜ fit **** the current ¼. I'm now looking to complete the collection and grab an astros from the same seller, he's been awesome problem is he's only got a 7½ will thay fit closer to a 7⅜ like the 7⅜ I've previously bought fit closer to the 7¼ I really want the hat, especially from this seller but if I can't wear it I may need to keep looking. I can do stankeez but if prefer not to, and kind of think I'd rather keep looking if the size is going to be too far off. If it's not a far off fit, I think I'll go ahead and grab it he's offered me a really good deal. All the others I've eyed are not nearly as in good of condtion amd he's a seller I've bought multiple hays from and been super satisfied.

FYI I own the rockets and oilers in 7⅜. The Astros is the one I'm strongly considering in a 7½.

This era you posted doesn’t shrink like the 97-05 era. One could say they’re more true to size. This older era has thinner sweatbands. I wouldn’t chance sizing up with what you posted

I'm digging the concept and color scheme. That hat reminds me of a NASA hat but with a trippy twist. IMO it was well executed but I get it it's not for everyone. Just like the Weatherman Foams is not for everyone including myself. I think they're awful. Let me make it clear I'm not gonna like everything that looks flashy. I'm a picky person. I also like the lowkey stuff. My style is versatile.

Just got these from hatclub 40%sale I like and dislike. Is it me or does the Bangladesh hats fit is trash and how do I get the brim of the hat to lay down instead of going up

Both Bangladesh wool. No batterman or side flag. Correctly sided patches (even though they weren’t worn this way on field at that specific time).
Of all colored unders around, the Kelly green under is so rare to find. It just doesn’t appear on many caps in the normal navy team color upper. This is one of just a few. There’s no question I had to have one once again.



Funny story about those two that so happened to pop up on HH at the same time. Years back (maybe a decade already) I bought these same caps. They’ve since gone into the ‘trashed’ pile but I never had the heart to throw them.

I don’t think I’ve thrown out any caps ever. It may be time.

Those original retro caps were both wool and Chinese made. These Bangladesh reproductions are a tad slick looking in appearance (the navy wool has a sheen to it). Both also fit a tad large. Not totally ideal but will suffice.
