Are most of Hat Club hats made in Bangladesh?

I hate hats made in Bangladesh, the fit is terrible.

Majority, yes. Maybe 70-30 overall. I’d say there’s no rhyme or reason on most of what’s released, and that’s for all these sites. It’s not just plain janes or crazy colors coming from Bangladesh.
I have a 1954 dual wahoo from 4ucaps that came made in Bangladesh, with another release being made in China. Also from 4u, 4-5 months apart. I think the majority of all new era production is Bangladesh including on fields. . I do agree, the fit between the two is drastic, and not always consistent. I’m gonna have to start buying duplicates and return the one that doesn’t fit. That doesn’t work with hype releases.

First up is a 2018 hat club exclusive early 90s inspired Portland beavers minor league remake (twins affiliate). Made in USA. Tonal flag. No batterman. Grey under greatness. 2018 was a special year for HC. They must’ve known 2019 was the end of their usa made run because they really went all out in 18. This was your true HC EXCLUSIVE design. I miss this era

Second up is another twins affiliate cap. This one coming from Elizabethton, TN. This cap is from 2012-15. Made in USA poly black under comfort for days. With 95% of minor league hats of this era coming from overseas, the USA made ones are quite special on a quality and comfort level.

Lastly, a usa made black nasty St. Louis cardinals on field with the felt 2011 ws patch glued on. All original from that era. I think I got this for $5 on lids 5-7 years back. Black nasties are nasty lol. Except when usa made. But keep that secret alive.

But yes. I’ve seen them around. Search google. Many seem to be active or had worked on my past 2-3 orders. Usually 10-15% off. Sometimes they give them out in your shipping box and other people share them.

There’s a random code out there that says I’ve redeemed before. So maybe a one time 10-15% off coupon exists a couple times? I can’t say their invalid for all.

Thanks, it's nothing fancy but I made good use out of the shipping boxes. They stack together perfectly to create a nice display. Each box can hold 2-3 caps without taking up too much room space. I use ziplock bags to cover the caps. Try it yourself.
