HC just restocked a bunch of OG WS patches. Finally doubled on the 86 Mets

day 25
At least 9 or so (Cooperstown) with older patches and correct left side placement, including a ‘95 Wahoo which flewSale ends today, but Milb store is running 20-25-30% off. Various teams qualify. Great deals out there.
the 718 truth correctly placed left patches? It seems like some are in the database as such but newer patches get the right side treatment.
A wahoo logo in black face on a red skins colorway. This hat is like a New Era Racism trifecta
That’s exactly what my wife saidIt manages to offend 2 groups of "Indians" at once
damn. Just got ecaps last Padres 16 patch cap. It had been sitting about 2 months lol. It makes you wonder, one original style gets picked up and it’s sold by someone else for years to come. This cross platform cross company creation is riveting. Nothing is original anymore. Could’ve used a smaller size. But I paid about $34 average.Myfitteds just put some stuff out. Copped the red Yankee.
Just wet it n let dry in the heat. You could even do direct sun light. Works like a charm. So sad. Hat Club All Star pre-order from back in August came in....but it fits too damn big.
Bout to put my tailor to work.
1978S sizing is a mess. I’m a 7 7/8 naturally but many runs get like one of those in. So it’s usually the 7 3/4 that fits like a 7 5/8 or a 8 that fits like a 8 1/4. Maybe 2 in 20 new releases fit absolutely perfect. That percentage used to be 7/10 just 1-2 years back. although many Bangladesh 7 3/4s have been fitting like true 8s. So lately I’ve been sizing down, assuming the majority fit too large.

So ur tailor does WERK on fitteds???There are 2 things I never buy online. Fitteds and denim. Both are way too risky when it comes to fit. I knew this was going to happen but took a chance.
This one fits like a whole size too big. I've shrunk fitteds before, but this one doesn't stand a chance.
I'm seriously gonna have my tailor remove the patch & undervisor, and put them on a fitted I buy in-store...that actually fits. My tailor of 10+ years is a wizard I kid you not.

Keeep me posted. I always love seeing what tailors are capable of. Nvr know if I could ask for the same thing. He has before. Simple stuff like sewing on patches and fixing ripped seems and separated visor. Putting the pink undervisor on though might be challenging as there's multiple lines of stitching in the "U" shape. We'll see.
Some of the 2019 London Series Yankees hats were made in Haiti, lucked out finding a Made in USA model in a 7 1/2.I relented and got the Dodgers On Field hats with the 2020 WS and 2020 WS Champions patches despite knowing they were outsourced which I dread. I got them shortly before Thanksgiving last week.
I really prefer and miss the On Field hats made in U.S.A. That texture was softer, fuzzy, and better.
The 2020 WS patch hat was made in China.
The 2020 WS Champions patch hat was made in Haiti. I never realized New Era outsourced to Haiti until now.
Was it a team issued cap? Does it feel or look decent? I’m seeing many game worn or team issued MUSA on fields with terrible materials and shape, they might as well be made overseas. So I’ve stopped seeking new releases that are made in USA. The searching is not worth the end result. They’re vaguely ‘assembled’ in the USA. Nothing like derby. Some of the 2019 London Series Yankees hats were made in Haiti, lucked out finding a Made in USA model in a 7 1/2.
