To those drinking Double Chocalate Chip frappucino's or Strawberries and cream. You're intaking 400 cals/grande and over 500 cals/venti.
But indulgance once in a while is okay, as long as you guys aren't getting this +#*! everyday.
anyways...I drink 4 shots of espresso over ice in a grande cup with 2 pumps white mocha. 40 cals, or a grande coffee with 2 splendas. 5 cals
Coffee bean > Starbucks.
This is coming from a Starbucks Barista.

My go to is a simple doppio espresso. But if I'm going all out I go for the old "dirty chai". Chai Tea, shot espresso, shot vanila, soy milk. Soon point.
