1. Get pic.
2. Open it up in Pshop
3. Select portion of pic you want as an icon. I use the magic wand.
4. Then copy to new layer, with a Transparent Background.
5. Save for web. As a PNG.
6. For PC, you done, i think.
For Mac, Run it through an App called Pic2Icon. By dragging it to the pinned "JPEG" image.
Thats gist of it. Have any trouble just PM me.

This might be a dumb question but ive been wondering how to this for a while. On a mac how can i get the picture of the whole screen of the desktop and iconslike ronskizzle and mjbetch did or if i have and internet page up and do that like the windows print screen but or w.e.
