Just bought a GV70 Sports Prestige trim and loving it. Sorry for the pics at night.

Traded in my 2014 Infinit Q50 and needed a small SUV.

SAME WITH MY 08 CAMRY… YEARS AGO THERE WAS A OIL CONSUMPTION RECALL(TRY TO FIND IT ON GOOGLE)

ONCE THEY FIXED IT, THE CAR BURNS ZERO OIL NOW.

I AINT GOING TO LIE, I CHANGE THE OIL ONCE A YEAR(ITS JUST MY TO AND FROM WORK HOOPTIE, 16MIN DRIVE ROUND TRIP)
Man it’s not looking good for my RAV :frown: they did a diagnostic and an oil consumption test and I’m burning about 4 quarts per ~1000 miles.. they couldn’t pinpoint the exact problem without going deeper but at this point it’s looking like I’m gonna have to rebuild a certain part or my whole engine
Will bring it somewhere else for a second opinion

Really wasn’t prepared to need a new car right now

Y'all boys inspired me to go ahead and buy the new engine I needed for my Lexus.

$4000 dollars later.

Ordered the tires for the rims I've had for it sitting in the garage for 2 years too, and swapped the headlights out.

damn thats a bummer, i have never heard of a honda/yota going out at 100k smh

New pick up. Couldn’t pass it up. ‘02 146k miles. New trans put in at 90k. Car experts…never bought an old, used car like this. Next steps? Run a diagnostic? Tune up??? Fluid change? Let me know!!

If it has the 4.3 v6 then you will be just fine drivetrain wise. Its a 350 with two cylinders lopped off. My old van took me all the way to 315xxx miles before i left town . By then it still idled silently that i couldnt tell it was running until i touched the doors.

Folks complain the grill to big now it’s too small i guess folks like to complain lol. I do agree not a big fan of the nose part.

I was at the Lexus dealership and saw one, thought it was a poorly done custome grill. Then I look down the row and all of the new joints were like that. It's horribly incorporated. It looks like the holes were cover with plastered and painted over.

I rather have the big joint than that.

It was just going to be my daily. Got another 07 Is350 engine for it. 50k miles on it.

When I bought it originally it was misfiring. I took it to the dealership because we couldn’t figure it out and they said it has the wrong spark plugs in it. (Charged me $900 for that)

It was better but still not quite right and they said they thought it was carbon build up, tried to clean it out car was still misfiring. Ending up breaking the serpentine too from test driving it.

This was back in like idk 2021? It sat for all of 2022 partly because I was moving, took a new job etc. Mind you I had already purchased new headlights and rims for it. May or may not lower it we will see.
