Man dealerships know they can be full of it.
The only reason I went was because I received a letter from them saying that "my car has increased in value and there's a shortage in this area" blah blah blah " we can give you 125% of the blue book value, our records indicate that your trade in is worth 23,000 (average) to 24000 (clean). You could possibly get a new car with lower payments.
The lower payments was all I was interested in, for a new vehicle. I figured it was bait and switch material so I didn't get hopes up. I'm off today with no plans, so let me see what they're talking about. After driving it and doing the app, dude comes back talking about "we can give you 9k for a trade in, or possibly 10k". I'm like , so where does this 23k come from, since your records indicate that's what it's worth. For starting stuttering and mumbling then said something about possibly having someone take my current car/payments. I did an about face and went straight to the car wash to shine my '13 up.
I swear this is false advertisement. I wish there was a way that I could hold them to it.

My Subaru dealership pulled the same BS with me. Tried to get my 8.9% when they were running a 0.9% promo. These dealers are all scum manLol on my dealer's website, they guaranteed 2.9 financing for all new subies. When we were negotiating, they offered us 4.2 at first, then 3.9. Then when we asked about the 2.9 they guaranteed on their website, they said that they only offered that for 2015 models. I checked their website on my phone again and it said, including 2016. They were still reluctant to drop it to 2.9, until I got up to walk away lol
How's that car treating you fam?
Fresh coat of wax today
I'm assuming it is a factory amp? And that it probably doesn't have any adjustability on the outside right? I'm with you, I don't see how you'd be able to adjust or tweak a factory amp to deliver more bass..... The only thing I can think of is maybe it needs to be calibrated?Think the amp went bad in my Benz. Bought a used one off eBay and finally plugged it in today. The speakers worked, but the sound wasn't quite as loud as it used to be. Also the bass is definitely not where it used to be. Not sure if the new amp is also bad, but my friend who couldn't help me install today said the new amp probably isn't bad and he can fix it. You guys have any thoughts? What could he possibly tweak to fix it?
