thetim, I may have asked you this in the past...can you post your diet? When you're cutting how much cardio do you do and what is your protein/carb/fatbreakdown?

Well my diet was whatever at that time I was just so active gym then running, jump rope then situps was the regimine. I dont have that time these days, maybe Ishould make some.

Tim probably drinks water and eats leaves on some golden child vibe
 
I just started lifting consistently, and am also trying to put on ibs of muscle like you guys talked about. I weigh 165 right now, and would like to weighabout 180-5. I am currently taking whey twice daily, is there anything else you guys would recommend? I also lift muscle groups 2 a week. Did you guys work outdaily? Any help is appreciated.
