Some dude on eBay has the Balenciaga Stingrays I want(he's reposted it like 6 times and no buyer). Starting price is 600, I asked if he can negotiate and what's the best price he could give me and he told me 600...

Some sellers will wait till they get their price.
Probably sure he doesn't want to lose too much $...or isn't in a hurry to sell.

It used to be like a couple of bucks (I think?) when I sold some a few years back, with those being $550 (a year or so back?), after a few listings and not being sold, his profits gon be like $25? Is it really worth it to wait that long? In the long run it seems like you lose money than make.

Yeah it doesn't look like he's in a hurry to sell since he's posted it so many times. These:

They are ranging in prices. I've seen as low as 300 and as high as 700 for eBay listings in general

Now eBay does free listings and only charges you if you sell. They take out 10%. That's why it's best to go the PayPal invoice route
