a smudge like that can be taken out with a lysol wipe.Originally Posted by PO2345
Anyone got tips to get this scuff out? I tried a magic eraser already, but it's not coming out!

Not sure if I missed your post on it or not.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
Can't really tell in that pic what the scuff is like but from my experience with that sole unless you clean it right away, colors bleed into the rubber and after that it's there for ever. Best thing you can do is make it lighter by doing the eraser trick. I stepped on the back of my jeans and the ink bleed and went eraser crazy until the point i could tell how much of the sole was being removed and it was just getting lighterOriginally Posted by PO2345

I think it's my crappy picture!
Thanks. I'll try alcohol, but what is the cobbler? I'm from TX, so I have no idea what you are referring too...
It's frustrating, because the mark is more visible than the picture shows, I'll try to update it with a better pic tomorrow.

Try the eraser that comes in the suede nubuck cleaner kit. I got mine years ago from Foot Locker and still works like a charm. I've heard of someone using whitening toothpaste and let it sit for awhile but personally don't know if that will work. But I almost assure you Lysol wipes won't remove it eitherOriginally Posted by PO2345

BTW..
Alcohol did not work in removing the scuff either guys...
I'll try the lysol wipe next, but if I damn near finished a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on this and it did not work, I do not know what I can try next!
