Ty's got to be one of the most consistent in it. By him being from Chicago, I've seen him a lot and remember him from back in my high school years at Leaders- True to his style all day everyday- through all the trends and what not. He's done a lot for Chicago streetwear over the years.
In other news, I ordered those chunky SL combat boots. Can't wait for them. Also, my SA mentioned the 5zip denim hitting sale sometime soon. Don't know how soon but she saw me reach for them and she's like, "hold off, those are hitting the sale." ... I'll keep an eye out

Was in LA a couple of weeks ago and American Rag on La Brea across from Undftd has a really good selection of high end stuf. I went there cause I knew they have a really good denim selection and was pleasantly surprised to find Rick Owens Dark Shadow, Lots of Reigning Champ and Josh Elliot. Fear of God, Wings & Horns and a bunch of other similar brands. Definitely worth a look when you're checking out the usual spots.

I've never been to a release but I think I read that stock is decent but resellers pretty much buy everything so it sells out quick. I think it also depends on the size of the store, bigger ones might get more stock in.
If you really want an item, best bet is to try both methods, buy online and just return what doesn't fit and then visit the store and cop what fits. If you are able to get what you want from the store, chances are you'll be able to cancel that order before it ships.

I went to the H&M x Versace release. Like some said it just depends on the hype and the store size. I went to one of the bigger locations here (possibly the biggest), and while people lined up the previous afternoon, I rolled up a little before open (the line was super long, people had tents etc out) and somehow cut in with the first group that were allowed in. Obviously the main draw was the jacket Kanye wore during that VS fashion show, I got in and easily grabbed 2 (that first batch was done in about 5 minutes). They went quick but employees were still carting out more stock, I happened to be near an employee that brought out more jackets and grabbed another 2.
I forgot the collection that dropped before Versace, that was a riot at one of the bigger locations here. Things pretty much were sold out within that first hour. I also went for the MMM collection and for that release, a lot of items sat the first two days here depending on location. It really just varies.
