Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the 5th ave store is the biggest in the US and is 1 of 5 LV maison stores in the world.

^ Yerp.....just in past experiences 5th Ave was always sold out in things I wanted which I was able to find in SoHo. The locations aren't far from eachother so you can hit both.

Yes it does, Went to Paris earlier this yr, they have 5 floors full of stuff. Sadly I didnt cop anything from there, my money went towards gucci

Just got my gucci belt from bluefly and it fits only on the first hole.
I wear sz 33/34 jeans and got a sz 40 belt...

1. This is why I implore people to try on designer stuff before they buy.
2. Your situation doesn't make sense. An American 40, even in Gucci, isn't some weird thing like a Dolce slim fit suit where you have to go up a couplesizes to get the right fit. It's a belt, and there is standard sizing to those. Sounds like someone messed up in the ordering/delivery process.
