honestly Gucci goes through this same nonsense every 6 years or so. They go heavy with the monograms and the stripes because ALL of thier male consumersappreciate those details because it lets the world know "hey this is gucci". The urban consumers go the craziest with it though when they use thesedetails because we are more inclined to spend higher prices on sportswear type clothes. blahzay blah it gets bought up heavy by rappers and the less urbanconsumer gets turned off because they don't want to be associated rappers, so they intentionally design the following seasons away from these aestetics, and the cycle continues, but they always come back because they know the line and sales are ALWAYS better when they use those details.
same thing happened in like 2001 when they had a bunch of monogram pieces and the rain coat, bucket hat, and jogging set started popping up in dumb videosinspiring the whole gucci air force one trend.
i remember like two years ago a bunch of people on this site we arguing that the daimler print was so such classier then the reg LV monogram, now they the samepeople *****ing because now the supposed urban consumer messes with the diamler so now its all about plain %%$%. The whole cycles silly and really just showsme that every one wearing this %%$%, like basically eevryone wearing eevrything else, is more concerned with who else is wearing it and how they wear it thenthemselves.
