On the cover of the May 2009 issue of XXL Magazine the sunglasses worn by Rick Ross are authentic Louis Vuitton Millionaires that were customized with solid gold accents by Jacob "Jack" Bernstein, professionally known as "The Sunglass Pimp". Jacob Bernstein explained, "It's the same thing as buying a Rolls Royce and tricking out the entire interior, adding on a body kit, adding on the rims; after all that, you're not going to call the Rolls Royce counterfeit. That's the same service we provide for our clients with authentic pieces. Just because the product has been customized by me does not take away from the fact that the frames are authentic Louis Vuitton Millionaires". Brad Pitt, Gwen Stefani, Beyoncé, Ludacris, Jay Z, Cee Lo, Big Boi, Kanye West, P-Diddy, Will I Am, Apple, Tabu, Maroon 5, Black Thought, Matt Dillon, John Travolta, Kevin Spacey, Scarlett Johansson, Bill Paxton, Mary J. Blige, Goldie Hawn, Sharon Stone, Usher are some of the celebrities that shop at Jack's Eyewear located in Los Angeles. So many people have called inquiring about obtaining the sunglasses we customized for Rick Ross. "I pride myself with the experience we provide for our clients and we do not use counterfeit pieces" says Jack and claims of counterfeit are defamation to me and Rick Ross.

Real or not, it's still misappropriation, and LV has every right to complain. The Rolls Royce comparison is laughable because cars arepredisposed to modifications, and I guarantee Rolls doesn't give two craps as long as people are dropping 1/3 mill on a car. The sunglasses are arepresentation of the brand, and a modified version can sully that brand.

One thing I keep forgetting to ask is where do you guys go to get your LV Evidence's tightend when they become really loose? I got to get it done to myBlack's i'm afraid the wrong move or fall with break the arms.

Anyone know what brand Sweater/Cardigan this is?

Call me crazy, but perhaps your local LV store where you bought them?

Cute...

But I tried that already and they can't do it, they don't have the actual tools you need to tighten them properly.

just got the graphite toiletry case. I really like it. I'll put up some pics when I get around to unwrapping it. Have no need for the Dior one I'veused once now

I took my Evidence to my local optical shop to get my Evidences tightened.
When I took them to the LV store they told me that they did not have the proper tools to tighten the arms and I believe them. I think that they just sell thesunglasses, they have no idea how to repair them.

quick stoopid question
are the gucci belts on gucci.com true to size?
the sizes theyre going by mens jeans size correct?
they got 32-46 so i assume they are... just making sure

that makes sense normally but from what i understood is that its a regular prob with the evidences- anybody who has them and has worn them acouple times can tell you how much they loosen up...multiply that by how many pairs were sold and think of the problems they were causing LV to have to sendthem back for customers and have those custys wait long periods to get them back - or worse just have people returning them

its pretty simple....the right size screw driver and they just tighten em- matter of fact i got mines done at the "small" lv store not even the bigone - you could also try a reg sunglasses spot - they might not wanna risk messing up something they didnt/dont sell though - as always it depends on who youtalk to

With most belts you'll ever encounter, go up a size. You want it to land on the middle notch, and if you got a "true size" belt, then it'd be too short.
