I say this to myself any time I see the thread on the first page and a few times in that thread.
A bunch of dudes deciding together they won't jerk off for a month or more, discussing their progress of abstaining, and talking about close calls where they almost jerked off is the most gayest non-gay thing I've ever heard of. Imagine that thread if everyone was together in person.
It's kinda proves to me that porn addiction and sex addiction is real and that whole detachment from reality is serious. Threads read like _____ anonymous meetings lite.
Yeah but without the internet or porn those kinds of ppl would still be anti-social and maladjusted leading to them most likely dying alone.

Yeah the idea of turning this into a support group of sorts is...odd, to say the least.
I just don't get it. Is porn impacting your ability to meet women? Is it impacting your sexual performance (lol how)? What is it about fapping and watching porn that is ruining your life? Is porn distorting your view of sex like you're some kid who is obsessed with violent video games to the point where he can't effectively discern fantasy from reality? What kind of porn are you watching that would cause these types of feelings? I've got a lot of questions.
