When there is so much conflicting evidence, you're never going to find some guilty beyond reasonable doubt of a crime.
The burden of proof for a grand jury to charge someone is probable cause which is MUCH LESS than beyond reasonable doubt which would be needed to convict him of murder.
Bottom line: If there isn't even enough evidence to charge with probable cause, there is ZERO percent of a conviction.
