FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) – A report by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch this morning shows the official autopsy supports Ferguson officer Darren Wilson’s claim that Michael Brown struggled with him in his patrol vehicle, and that Brown did not have his hands up when he was shot Aug. 9.

A forensic pathologist from San Francisco, Dr. Judy Melinek, says based on a bullet wound to Brown’s arm, Brown’s palms could not have been facing Wilson in the standard surrender position – with hands up and palms out – when he was shot, and Brown was falling forward or lunging when he was hit by the fatal shot to the top of his head.

That's the only autopsy that says that... I still don't understand. I'm on mobile so is there maybe an autopsy picture that goes with the article im not seeing?

Yeah 2 white construction workers risking their jobs for somebody they don't even know.

The fact that we have video of their reactions right after it happened and other witnesses who saw the same thing and people still believe these lies.

My thing is, didn't the initial autopsy reveal that he could have had his hands up?  And wasn't that autopsy performed by a well-renowned expert in the field?  

Why are people taking this new report as the final word?  Oh, that's right--because it fits their agenda......

The problem with that is, if we did it it would be so full of infiltrators and agents it wouldn't be an asset. But I do agree with you that the goons represent an important group that could potentially protect blacks.

I went to Ball Park Village this weekend and it was culture shock. I'm in L.A., so I've never seen as many White folks in one space as I did that day. Every cop inside was white, the clubs were all country music and full of whites. There were maybe 30 blacks inside and it felt weird.

That's how life is in St. Louis...that's their reality.

When DW is let off the indictment, all those black faces will take out their frustration on St. Louis and anyone they view as a threat.

If I had the know how; and the cajones, I'd protest at the arch...the "Gateway to the West". (More like home of the last slave state and where white is right.) where tourist go, and attack their landmark to bring awareness.

I aint eem black and I knew that every black person I ran into this past weekend was hurting.

What Ferguson is doing to this child is just the tip of the iceberg.

Civil rights is only 50 years old...whats gonna stop them from snatching that away when they feel like it.
