Josh Huff has AC sprain, shoulder not separated. Says he hopes to be ready for regular season.

Damn, from those quotes seems like Huff may miss months. I was hoping he would lock down the Kickoff Returner spot. Receiving wise I didn't expect much from him this year anyway so it shouldn't hurt us too much. But, anytime a rookie goes down so early it is concerning.

Yea my big expectations when we got huff were that he and sproles would take care of return duties.. I figured he would get good time on O as well because he was coming out of oregon so knew the system (not be a major player, but he would have solid impact right away.. Like 400-500 yards with some rushing yards thrown in)

But didn't expect Mathews to do as well as he has done in camp.. But still expected huff to have a huge special teams role

Well damaris is gone..

I'm watching the replay of eagles pats game.. Was just about to post to see who guys thought these last 2 games were most important for..

And who you guys could see us moving before the start of the season?

This doesn't answer your question, but I'm afraid that we are going to cut Brandon Graham and he is going to end up starting for the Cowboys. I still think he can be a pretty productive 4-3 end. He is also the guy who I think is most likely to be moved as well.

^ I still think we do one of our "bad fit" trades like we do every year with guys like that (guys who don't really fit the scheme of their team.. We get to take a look at the guy and other team gets to take a look at him).. Also could see this as an option for curry since I don't think coaches see what we see since he doesn't get much snaps

I know we're still looking at kickers

But I'm sure they wouldn't mind adding an OLB or cb

Jesus, they just showed the INT damaris caused.. Yup he's gone

they are working Curry in to be a regular on the field this year; I can see him getting 10+ sacks

I hope so, since he's been disruptive when given a chance, same with graham.. Both are just 4-3 ends.. And we should be able to come up with sub packages allowing both to put their hands on the ground.. Just don't think coaches think highly of either

And Josey is making the team.. Which puts a big light on Polk..

Huff and kenjon will handle the return duties with sproles getting spotty duty there.. Acquiring kenjon, I think means we carry 4 backs and 5 WRs.. Or maybe we try to move casey and go with 2 TEs

Also if graham ends up on the cowboys :x..

To go along with desean going to Washington professional football team

I am thinking Josey makes the practice squad

they were talking about Polk not making the team but I don't see anyway that is possible

Shady, sproles, kenjon and josey.. Can't see us carrying 5 RBs.. Even with sproles and kenjon maybe contributing heavily as WRs

He's looked too good to make it to the practice squad.. Some RB needy team would scoop him up

they could carry 5 RB if Huff goes on short term IR but who knows what Chip is thinking

I guess it's possible.. I didn't see us carrying 4 RBs last year.. And Polk is a different back from those 3 (sproles, kenjon and josey)

I just think we try to take advantage of RB needy teams.. Like the pass rushers market when it comes to graham and curry

#Eagles new kicker Parkey led nation with 69 touchbacks. That's been a weakness of Henery's.

I'm glad the coaches are at least trying to address the issue:

not to accurate though..

Parkey, who played at Auburn, lead college football with 69 touchbacks last season. His strong leg did not exactly translate into accuracy, however, as he went 15 of 21 on field goals, including 5 of 6 from 40-49 yards and 1 of 4 from beyond 50 yards.
