PLEASE LOCK PLEASE LOCK: GSWARRIORS '14/15 SEASON THREAD VOL. NBA CHAMPS!

Barnes averaged 9.5 and 4 last year. Numbers aren't everything because I'd think we'd all agree that he had a rough season, and his numbers were pretty much the same as his rookie season.

Haven't kept up much with preseason, however, spacing is wayyy better (judging JUST by the highlights above).

was at the game earlier.. that boy klay is gunnin for that max

Alright fellas, season is just around the corner and lets hope it's a damn good one.

Questions up for debate:

- Is Klay worth the max?
- Can Klay become an all-star this year?
- How many wins?
- Can Curry become an all-star again? (My guess, and hope, is yes.)
- Is Kerr the right man for the job?
- Will David Lee be traded?
- Do you think we can beat the Clippers when we get to the playoffs?
- Is Monta Eliis really, "A Warriors for life"?

1) No, but few are...he'd get it on the open market, so it's more so do we think there's good long term value there or is it going to turn into David Lee 2.0
2) Hard to do in the West, but man, by all accounts he looked good in the pre-season. If he can attack the rim, yes. If he sticks to being a jump shooter, no.
3) 54
4) Yes.
5) Yes. I'm happy with it. 2 yr proper judgement period.
6) Hopefully. I pray for this every year.
7) Yes, but I hope we don't even have to...
8) Ha. I remember when he was drafted...but it was still the dark ages, so no.

yo klay's girl :hat

dland, jumpman is right...Lee needs to have an incredible year...............................................How else would you be able to trade him for good pieces?

On Wednesday morning, Steve Kerr revealed that Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala will serve as the team's captains.

Isnt he an expiring contract? Thats value in itself.

Plus for the team, Lee departure would be addition by subtraction.

hate hate hate hate hate

j/k

and No, Lee is an expiring deal NEXT year.

true that we need Lee to be successful this year but nothing leads me to believe that he'll be drastically (or any) better than last year. by now, other teams know what they're getting for No-D.Lee. Given his contract and what he'll probably demand once its expired, his trade stock doesn't seem too appealing.

nevertheless, i hope he proves me wrong.
