Fam you gotta make sure you stretch regularly. I got the shot and was moving like a gazelle. But I didn't take care of myself and I lost the diddy bop for months
My PF went away after time. But that was through daily morning stretches and rolling a PVC pipe of golf ball under my foot.Has anybody ever had their PF go away or is this something people are stuck with?
As mentioned I've been dealing with a case but when jumping or running...I don't experience any pain when I'm casually walking (even after several miles).
I've heard if it's a severe case, more measures are taken.
