I have a 3 day weekend coming up and plan on taking my main on a trip (Friday morning to Sunday afternoon).

If you live in Washington or have been to Seattle before, any suggestions on the following?
  • Attractions
  • Destinations
  • Food/restaurants
  • Cool things to do, etc.
The only destinations I have so far consist of the normal, touristy attractions ex: the Space Needle, Pike's Place, & Mt. Rainier.

Thanks in advance!!!

I'll be lurking (following) this thread, since I'm also planning one in the near future.

My only question is what are some nice accommodations that are reasonable for a traveler on a budget (minimum 3-4 days, maximum a week)

Planning on going at the end of June...will also be lurking.

Heard The Ace Hotel and Hotel Max are nice.

206? What can a mexican and a black couple do for fun there?

Just saw Chronicle and the girl really wants to go now.

I agree with ****'s. If you want to check out attractions a cityPASS is a must. Check out cityPASS.com.

Showbox at the Market is a great venue. Good size, intimate setting..No matter where you are, you got a pretty good view. Main stage and floor are surrounded by an upper level section of bars and seats

Wait, GOODS is gone?! I haven't been home for almost 2 years, but if true that sucks.

Thanks bro. All the reviews I read on it seem pretty good. I was thinking of getting there early to try and be close to the stage but it seems like there's pretty good places to enjoy the show through out.

There's a place there that's a bar and an arcade!  Awesome as hell!!!  Nothing like getting wasted while playing House of the Dead 2.

Sorry for trying to derail your thread OP, anyone know any good all you can eat crab leg spots out there ?

In and Out > D ick's burgers.

Don't waste your time going to that trashy burger joint. Paseos is good, though.  Long #+% lineups.

Go hit up Long Provincial in downtown if you like Vietnamese food. I've had Vietnamese everywhere, but Longs is the best I've ever had.
