Legit. The price to me personally is a bit steep! I wouldn't pay $350 for them. I've personally seem them for about $280-320 DS also. I paid $260 for my DS pair last week for the 2011 release. But I bought multiple pairs from the same buyer which is why he gave me a cheaper price, but even so he was asking $320 for his DS pair. Hope that helps. But nonetheless nice pair!
