PC: 1999 White Cement IV

I'm trying to sell these and need some advice on how much to ask for them.  They are size 13.  They don't include the original box or card.  There is no cracking or paint chipping and the midsoles are firm.  I'm not 100% sure these are wearable but I'm pretty confident these are wearable.  Thanks in advance.  Here are the pics:
