Lets put his religious beliefs aside for a second....
This man has just stated that the success of the Haitian revolution
and prosperity from the french enslavement was due to none
other than Devil Worshiping.
I don't think most people in this thread have a idea of how insulting
that statement was.
He blames the oppressed for overcoming the oppressor who were worse than the devil themselves.
This heathen had the nerve to lift his foot and stomp the oppressed people of Haiti
another good inch under the rumble in which suffering and dead already lie.
This is a perfect example of today's Whitewash television programming...
If I was in the studio at that time this was stated I fear I would have
snapped this guys neck.
There so much to say about this Haiti situation as a whole.....
but I'll fallback cause I know where it will lead.

yup. It is no one's place to speculate about these things. All we know is that there is suffering over there in Haiti right now and we should do all we canto help. Whatever "reason" may have caused this is bigger and higher than us, so it's foolish to utter things like what Pat Robertson said.

Apples and oranges bro......Danny Glover just sounded like he didn't know what he was talking about. What Pat Robertson saidwas evil. Pat Robertson essentially said 100000 Haitian's deserved what they got and if you think what he said is equivalent to what Glover said you'reno different from him.
